CS009......... Tasmanian Red Myrtle back and sides with Bloodwood binding, mahogany neck and Ebony Bridge and Fingerboard
This is the first guitar I have ever used a Satin Finish on the neck. It seem as if your hand slides on it better and people who have played it seem to like it.
God made the wood beautiful. I just shaped it and sprayed it with lacquer
I designed this rosette after being inspired by a luthier named Chris Paulick. It consists of a three part ring of black and white pearl with diamonds of green pau abalone outlined in black ebony with a white pearl dot in the center.
The neck inlay is green pau abalone diamonds outlined in white pearl
The binding is bloodwood with a thin maple strip and a thin bloodwood strip inside that
Handcarved diamond volute and Gotoh Cosmic Black tuners
